Lightning ball of the ocean

This one is nothing GREAT, it actually is one of the very first works i ever made in photoshop. i just played and played with filters with a certain look in mind and came up with this. its definitly not that great in my opinion, but im alot harder on my own works. well hope whoever views it enjoys.
